ASM Siplace Stick Feeder

An ASM SIPLACE stick feeder is a tube-based component feeder designed for SIPLACE S-Series, X-Series, and SX-Series pick-and-place machines. It feeds components packaged in plastic tubes (sticks)—such as SOICs, PLCCs, SOTs, connectors, and other odd-form parts—into the placement head when tape or tray packaging isn’t available.

These feeders are common in prototype, low-volume, and mixed-technology SMT lines, especially where flexibility and odd-form handling are required.

What a SIPLACE Stick Feeder Does
Advances components from tubes/sticks into the pick position.
Uses vibration or motorized pushers to move parts consistently.
Supports SIPLACE S, X, and SX platforms depending on the feeder base.
