ASMPT offers several feeder generations and specialized modules designed for different production requirements:
SIPLACE Smart Feeder X: These are the current industry standard, designed for the X, TX, and SX series machines.
Intelligence: Features wireless communication, self-teaching capabilities, and integrated sensors for real-time monitoring.
Efficiency: Capable of "microtape" handling and fast material changes (under 45 seconds for a single lane).
Variations: Available in sizes from 8mm up to 88mm and in dual-lane configurations (e.g., 2x8mm) to maximize machine capacity.
SIPLACE Smart Feeder Xi: An advanced version optimized for high-speed pick-up. It uses vacuum technology to ensure component pockets remain level, reducing pick errors.
Specialized Feeders:
Measuring Feeder X: Fits into a standard 8mm slot and is used to measure and verify component values during production.
Legacy Feeders (S/F Series): Older models like the 12/16mm KL-U or 72mm S feeders are still widely used in secondary markets for older Siemens S-series or C-series machines.
