Hanwha Feeder Cart is a dedicated SMT storage-transport solution for Hanwha SMT feeders, engineered for quick setup, safe handling, and seamless integration with Hanwha SM-series mounters, cutting changeover time and protecting feeders from damage.

Capacity and Structure
Storage: Two layers, each accommodating 40 feeders, for a total of 80 feeders.
Material: Made from stainless steel and aluminum, providing durability, lightweight handling, and resistance to wear.
Mobility: Equipped with anti-static towlines and brakes for safe movement within the production area.
Flexibility: Feeders can be placed in fixed, random, or pre-arranged slots, allowing operators to organize feeders according to workflow needs.

Machine Compatibility
The feeder cart supports a wide range of Hanwha pick-and-place machines, including but not limited to: CP40, CP45FV, CP45FV NEO, SM310, SM320, SM321/321S, SM421/421S, SM411, SM431, SM471, SM481, SM482, DECAN S2/F2/L2, and EXCEN PRO.
It is compatible with different feeder types: CP, SM, and SME feeders.
